For the 2020 season, la strada is introducing numerous new details across all model ranges. Taken together, these significantly enhance the comfort and livability of the compact motorhomes from Echzell in Wetterau.
Starting with the 2020 model year, all la strada motorhomes except for the Avanti M will come standard with a newsink and stove combinationin the kitchen unit. The focus of the redesign was on easier operation and greater utility. The new cast-iron pot holder above the two burners with piezo ignition also allows larger pots to be used safely. These also fit into the new larger and deeper stainless steel sink.
Another standard feature in all la strada motorhomes is thenew lighting systemabove the seating area, kitchen, bathroom sink, and rear beds. The LED light strip, which is flush-mounted in the underside of the wall cabinets, can be switched on and off by touch and dimmed continuously. This allows it to provide the right light intensity for any situation. Two separate light strips with the same operating principle have been installed above the beds. This means that each sleeping area has its own reading light.
Anelectric waste water drain valveis now also available as an option for all la strada motorhomes. A camera, whose image is displayed on a monitor in the rearview mirror, enables the drain nozzle to be maneuvered precisely over the opening of the disposal station.
Additional fabrics and partial leather upholsterycomplement the already extensive selection of upholstery options available for all la strada series. For the 2020 model year, the ARIA fabric will also be available as standard. The upholstery options available at extra cost are expanded to include the LAGUNA partial leather and the special UNICO fabric in 13 colors. More good news for all la strada customers: the prices of all optional extras in all model series will remain unchanged from the previous year in the 2020 season.
AVANTI
The smallest Avanti, the M model, comes with a new overhead cabinet for clothes above the bed as standard. This provides an even better balance between lying comfort and storage space. La strada also has numerous new features to offer in the optional equipment packages for the Avanti series in the 2020 model year. For example, Technology Package 1 will now include a90-liter fuel tankinstead of the standard 75-liter tank. This means 20 percent more range on vacation or more fuel for the diesel heater with one tank filling.Emergency brake assist is now also part of Technology Package 2. This is a feature that no one likes to try out, but which can save lives in an emergency. All Avanti models with a fold-down bed (F, H, and H PLUS) are available with an optionalside windowon the driver's side. This improves ventilation and the view from the "upper floor" of the Avanti high-sleeper models.
REGENT
The Regent will featureSKA comfort seats as standard for the 2020 model year. The pivot point is offset, allowing the seat to swivel easily toward the living area and back again, even with its two armrests. The pneumatic lumbar support adjusts continuously to the driver's back at the touch of a button. The seat heating provides warmth on colder days. Now you can sit in style in the Regent. The previous 65-liter refrigerator model in the Regent S will be replaced by an81-liter compressor refrigerator from the 2020 model year onwards. This means 26 percent more refrigerated space for fresh delicacies from your vacation destinations. The refrigerator remains in its place at a back-friendly height to the right of the kitchen unit.
These new details make the la strada models for the 2020 season the most comfortable in the brand's 30-year history.
