The package will be presented for selected AVANTI models and the REGENT EB for the first time at CMT 2026 in Stuttgart (Hall 7, Booth A12).
At the heart of Edition 40 is a powerful, self-sufficient power concept: an induction hob with two cooking zones (1000/1300 watts) is combined with a 3600-watt sine wave inverter, a 410 Ah lithium battery, and a 120 A charger. This makes it possible to cook with induction even without an external power source. In conjunction with diesel heating and a compressor refrigerator, the vehicle can operate entirely without a gas system.
The technology replaces the previous gas bottle compartment, which now houses the battery and inverter. There is also space for a practical pull-out storage compartment. The Edition 40 package will be offered at CMT 2026 with a price advantage of around €4,500 compared to the individual configuration.
The gas-free equipment is initially available for the AVANTI L, E, C, F, EB, and EBF models, as well as for the REGENT EB. An expansion to other models is planned in the course of the 2026 model year.
New compressor refrigerator
Also new for the 2026 model year: a 150-liter compressor refrigerator in a slim design with bottle rack and large three-star freezer compartment. It is available as an option for the AVANTI L, E, C, F, EB, and EBF models.
