GENERAL INFORMATION CONCERNING THE DATA PROCESSING
 

As website operator we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. For this reason, we process your data in accordance with the effective European General Data Protection Regulation. We do not publish your personal data, nor do we pass it unauthorized to a third party.
We are committed to the Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO, VO EU 2016/679) which applies on 25.05.2018, but also inform you about the heretofore valid regulation of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). When quoting the regulation of the BDSG in the following, this applies until 24.05.2018 while the regulation of the DSGVO will be valid from 25.05.2018 on. When personal data is processed, we will express on which norm the data processing is justified, by quoting a regulation in brackets.
I. PURPOSE OF DATA PROTECTION

The object of data protection is all data related to individuals, personal data. This is individual information about personal or factual matters of a natural person whose identity is known. Unless cognizable in this document or obvious under certain circumstances, we are not in a position to identify you. 

II. COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF DATA WHEN VISITING OUR WEBSITE

When visiting our website, we get your complete IP address from your EDP. Only with this IP address we are able to transfer the necessary data from our website for you to be able to see it in all its contents (§ 28 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 2 BDSG; Art. 6 Abs. 1 b und f DSGVO). We observe the principle of using data for its intended purposes only and consequently collect, process and store your personal data solely for the purpose mentioned and in order to achieve this purpose. Personal data is also only passed on by us to state institutions and authorities authorised to receive the information to the extent that we are obliged by law to provide information or in the event of law enforcement by an attack on our network infrastructure. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties for another purpose.

III. COOKIES WHEN VISITING OUR WEBSITE

A cookie is an information, e.g. a small text file which has been started by the webserver on the computer of the user. When visiting our website again or when going on surfing on our website, the webserver will interrogate the information again. Nowadays cookies do no longer only appear as direct web browser cookies, but also, e.g. as part of flash animations or advanced HTML storage techniques. If you have given your consent to the use of cookies, our website uses them to store user-related information on your computer while visiting our website. Cookies remain stored on the computer even after the termination of the browser session and can be recalled when the site is visited again. IV. CONTACT FORM

By using the contact form the information given will be transmitted to us and stored. Without the consent of the user, no personal information is collected through our websites. The user decides whether he wants to reveal personal data or not in the context of a registration, survey or similar. By sending his personal data, the user agrees to the processing, use and storage of this personal data within the La Strada Fahrzeugbau GmbH for the purpose of processing the demand or the order and maintaining the business contact to the necessary extent (purpose limitation principle) in accordance with the German data protection regulations, in particular the Federal Data Protection and Telemedia Act. The personal data of a user will only be passed on to third parties if required for the process of his demand; e.g. Deutsche Post AG (the German post). Our employees are all sworn to strict secrecy and to the data protection law according to § 5 BDSG.
If you are already a customer or will become one in the future, we may collect, store, modify and transmit the data for the creation, implementation or termination of the contractual relationship without your consent and for as long as the law allows us to do so. In other cases, even as long as the contractual relationship has not yet come to fulfilment, we do not store your data for longer than 5 years and you have a right to withdraw the consent given to us for using your personal information in the future via the contact form. Our contact information can be found under our Legal Notice, there you can notifying the withdrawal of your consent. If you wish to contact us by e-mail, we must point out that the content of unencrypted e-mails can be viewed by third parties. We therefore recommend to forward confidential information encrypted or by post.

V. YOUR RIGHTS TO INFORMATION, CORRECTION, BLOCKING, DELETION, COMPLETION, RESTRICTION AND DATA TRANSFERABILITY.

You can receive information about your stored data anytime, free of charge and without mentioning a reason. In the context of your legal right, you may have your data stored by us, blocked, corrected or deleted.
Furthermore, as of 25.05.2018, you have the right to have incomplete data completed and, in cases regulated by law, to request the limitation of use of your data. You also have a right of data transferability as far as we have referred to in this declaration according to data processing Article 6 paragraph 1 a or b DSGVO.

VI. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. The data acquisition and storage can be denied at any time with effect for the future. In view of the discussion about the use of analysis tools with full IP addresses, we would like to point out that on this website the Google Analytics code is supplemented by “anonymizeIp” to ensure an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so called IP-masking). IP addresses are only processed further in abbreviated form to prevent them being directly linked to a particular individual.
